Since we understand that music has a lot to do with preference and that everyone’s tastes are different, we thought you might have some pressing questions about our services. Here you will find many answers to commonly asked questions.

  • How long will it take for my demo order to be completed?

Once you submit your order you will receive a follow-up email from NDF within 1-3 business days confirming your request and that all of your information is correct.  The length of time it takes to finish your demo depends greatly on the service you ordered.  For example: For 1 Simple Demo (1 instrument + 1 vocal) it will take between 1 to 3 days depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.  For a Full Demo (at least 7  instruments + vocals) it will take between 10 to 21 days also depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.

  • What if I have different production needs than what is listed?

We can accommodate and customize several production needs, even ones that may not be listed on our SERVICES page.  Like we mentioned on the top of this page, all music is about preference.  WE CAN PUT TOGETHER A CUSTOM ORDER FOR YOU.  Simply reach out to us from the CONTACT page and let us know what you’re looking to do and we will send you a quote based on your specific needs.

  • How will I pay for my order?

We prefer to use PAYPAL for payment.  You will be sent an invoice detailing the prices of your order as well as a link to pay via PAYPAL.  Payment must be made before beginning production.  If you don’t have a PAYPAL account you can sign up for a free account HERE.

  • How do the “revisions” work with your services?

Once your recording is completed and we send you the finished song, if you feel like something needs to change we allow up to 3 free revisions to be made on your music.  This can be anything from a mix tweak to re-recording an instrument riff.  After the initial 4 revisions, a charge of $15 per extra revision will be incurred.  The point of offering free revisions is so that you are completely satisfied with our work.  The point of charging for revisions is so that we can both settle on a finished service.

  • Do I get to pick the instruments I want for my demo?

You certainly can give suggestions and your preferences as to how you want your demo to sound when you place your order.  In fact, that takes a ton of guessing work out of the equation for us, which is a better in the long run.  We also hope you’ll trust us to do a great job and pick instruments that would best fit your song.
